Field Marketing Manager

As our intrepid boots-on-the-ground Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with demand marketing, partner marketing, event marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute effective programs and events targeting our verticals and segments. We are looking for a high-energy marketer with a sense of adventure who is experienced in driving, planning, and implementing regional marketing programs targeting prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing field marketing programs that target SMBs and/or e-commerce companies.


  • Create and execute targeted regional and vertical marketing programs to meet demand generation goals, including field events, executive roundtable programs, webinars, partner co-branded marketing programs, and trade-shows
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to generate marketing content such as web pages, emails, direct mail, and event content/agendas
  • Meet frequently with stakeholders to plan in-territory marketing activities
  • Work closely with marketing and sales development leaders to analyze impact of field programs on lead flow, opportunity acceleration, and building awareness, and develop and manage reports and analytics on field program impact
  • Track and report on program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales
  • Manage relevant agencies and third parties in the execution of programs
  • Manage program budget and execution, including discretionary MDF with partners
  • Work with marketing operations to manage lead flow and sales call-down tracking

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology targeting the SMBs
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams and colleagues
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and large deal complexity
  • CRM systems experience, preferably
  • Experience using a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo
  • Experience marketing and/or selling with SaaS solution or to SMBs is preferred
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time
