SMB Account Executive

Webgility, Inc. is the leading provider of e-commerce accounting integration software for small- and medium-sized businesses, giving them a better understanding of their financial data. We're headquartered in San Francisco (Downtown) and have a Development Center in Indore, India.

Position: SMB Account Executive

The SMB Account Executive is responsible for educating and consulting with prospective customers to identify their business needs and direct them to the right Webgility solution. This position qualifies and closes new accounts. As the most client-facing member of the team, your feedback helps ensure that Webgility continually improves both products and client experiences. The ability to play nice with others is essential to this role.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding Webgility's products to better provide solutions that meet customers needs.
  • Interacting with customers through live chat, e-mail, and phone.
  • Warm prospecting, develop and close leads across all Webgility offerings
  • Learning and using CRM, help desk, and customer live chat applications.
  • Constantly working to further develop sales acumen and product knowledge—and having fun in the process.

Requirements:

  • Enjoys selling into SMB's
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, high activity sales team
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA
  • 3+ years sales experience preferred

Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional work ethic and drive to learn
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Accurate Forecasting 
  • Strong technical background, particularly in e-commerce software and Windows OS
  • Knowledge of e-commerce industry would give you an advantage. Ever worked with or had an online store?
  • Sense of humor and regular flossing is a plus
