We’re looking for a energetic, creative, tech-savvy Demand Generation Marketing Manager with a talent for implementing engaging demand generation campaigns.

What we’re looking for

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns that support the full sales cycle and increase leads, traffic and overall demand. You will be responsible for the planning, design and execution of programs to drive engagement and lead generation through multiple channels. The right candidate will have a clear understanding of B2B marketing, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, creative marketing campaign development and execution, data analysis and customer segmentation. This role will drive both direct and indirect lead generation programs such as content syndication, online advertising, speaking opportunities, customer case studies, and contribute to sales enablement initiatives. Close alignment with the salesforce in understanding their unique needs and ensuring marketing programs address those needs.

A Day in the Life  

Glide into sunny downtown San Francisco using deluxe transportation of your choice. Take the day by the horns with a hearty cup of joe while riffing with fellow teammates about your favorite podcast, live performance, or TV show. Then go heads-down implementing the most innovative mind-bending, face-melting of marketing campaigns that are going to bring in amazing amounts of qualified leads. And when you’re feeling a bit peckish, stroll just a few blocks to meet a buddy for a taco at the iconic Ferry Building for lunch. And why not a nice walk along the water? Circle back for a group discussion on whether the next trade show theme will be rock climbing or boxing, and then get back at it to see what’s up on social media and industry pubs. Turns out that photo you took yesterday would make an excellent graphic for this week’s blog; 15 minutes and a little Photoshop later, it’s branded and ready to rock. Hear that? It’s the sound of your co-workers chanting your name in appreciation. Seems like a good time to call it a day. Join the team for a drink after work or head home for an early night, either way you’re one of us now… we’ll see you in the morning.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and execute fun, measurable demand generation programs that drive traffic and leads to our direct sales team
  • Manage demand generation programs, including webinars, partner marketing channels, email marketing, and social media
  • Execute digital marketing and advertising strategy, including PPC, PPL, search, display, native and retargeting marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing team on bigger-picture programs and promotions
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to refine the lead management process
  • Perform regular assessment of website performance and work with design team to implement A/B testings and website improvements
  • Leverage Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and whatever else it takes to execute and track the success of programs

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Creative, smart, fun, team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
  • Works from both sides of the brain, but analytical and data-driven
  • Solid understanding of marketing and demand/lead generation
  • Understanding of SEO, website design, and conversion
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Bing Ads
  • Experience with CRM Salesforce/CRM and Pardot/Marketo marketing automation
  • Experience with social media channels
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Can- and will-do attitude


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years experience running demand generation campaigns and programs
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
